This morning, Miromesnil station, 8th quarter. Outside the subway, a man is yelling: “Buy the newspaper! Buy France-soir!” (which is the name of a French dailypaper).
In your mind, a picture has been drawing: the one of a boy, with his braces, his bag full of newspapers on his shoulder, and specially his Gavroche hat on his head…
This morning, it was almost that ! Except that the Gavroche has been replaced by a cap, the braces by a flashy yellow coat, but the heart, it was there !
“Buy the morning newspaper Ladies and Gentlemen!”
