According to the RATP, 97% of the interviewed people say having witnessed at least one incivility during the last month. Here is the top 10 :

1. Speak loud with a cell phone : 86%

2. Jump below the turnstiles : 83%

3. Let a journal on a seat : 80%

4. Go in the wagon or the bus without letting people getting off  : 78%

5. Do not validate his ticket : 75%

6. Do not place on the right in an escalator : 75%

7. Eat in the trains and the busses : 73%

8. Pass a turnstile sticking another traveller without asking : 73%

9. Bump without apologizing when getting in or off a wagon or a bus : 71%

10. Remain sat on a rumble seat when the train or the bus is crowded : 69%
