Paris under the rain. The umbrellas move in the colorful dance under the heavy drops which keep falling.
At 2:37 pm a young man helds his to protect his belle, rue Mouffetard.
At 3:02 pm a group of friends squeeze up under a foldable umbrella having weathered to many storms and this is happening in front of the Gare Saint-Lazare.
At 4:20 pm a lover runs and jumps over the obstacles between him and his lady-love, his umbrella in his hand, place de l’Opéra… A little cliché but enough to make you smile and forget that spring is not here yet, as we could imagine a few years ago…
Later around 8:30 I appear outside without any umbrella feeling the rainy Paris and willing those my neighbours, walking on my side on the Parisian pavement…
And I fill finish by this quotation from Woody Allen : “As long as you haven’t been kissed during any of thoserainy Parisian afternoons, you haven’t been kissed at all”.
