From the outside, a nice window. A brasserie stucked between two other stores.
And when you pass the door, you are at Home. The House Bès. A simple and cosy place, with round and warm wood tables.
A brasserie, yes, but a chic brasserie. Not too noisy, warmful, pleasant.
The menu – handwritten on the house slate – presents you several meals directly coming from the good terroir and the French traditional cuisine.
I advise you the entrecôte with its sautéed potatoes and its home-made béarnaise sauce (the meat melts in the mouth and the sauce is exquisite !) and for the final touch, it will be the chocolate fondant (nothing better for the gourmands !).
A good surprise is waiting for you in boulevard Malesherbes, just next to Madeleine and Saint-Augustin.
31, boulevard Malesherbes 75 008 Paris
